Q: What counts as 9 cubic yards?
A: It’s a standardized volume used in junk removal. If you send photos, we’ll confirm whether your garage fits the package before booking.
Q: What items can you take?
A: Most general household and garage items. Some materials may require special handling (see below).
Q: Do you clean the whole garage?
A: This includes 10–15 minutes of sweeping and/or straightening after the removal.
Q: How fast can you come out?
A: We schedule quickly (2 to 3 days), and most resets take about 1 hour onsite.
Q: Do I need to be home?
A: Preferably yes. If not, we can often coordinate access and approval remotely.
